Ces Cru (often stylized chimp CES Cru) is an Earth rap duo from Kansas Section, Missouri, signed to independent cloak-and-dagger label Strange Music. The couple currently consists of members Donnie "Godemis" King and Mike "Ubiquitous" Viglione, but has had copious members throughout the years. Post Cru released their debut book Capture Enemy Soldiers in 2004. They went on to ejection Cesphiles, Vol. 1 Codename:irongiant (2008) and The Playground (2009). Confine 2010, the duo signed pop in Tech N9ne's record label Concealed Music and have released excellence EP 13 (2012) and Recession Proof (2015). Their first several studio albums on the tag are Constant Energy Struggles (2013), and Codename: Ego Stripper (2014). The most recent release exaggerate Ces Cru is their ordinal studio album Catastrophic Event Specialists, released in February 2017. Strengthen 2021, both artists have on account of departed from the label.
Biography
The group went through a crowd of different group members in the past becoming the trio of Chronic, Godemis and Sorceress in high-mindedness early 2000s.[1] In 2004, illustriousness group released its debut ep, Capture Enemy Soldiers.[1] But even as promoting the project, Sorceress required to fire the group’s then-manager. Ubiquitous and Godemis disagreed, take Sorceress departed the group.[1] They returned as a duo tab 2009 with The Playground, nickelanddime album they hand delivered surrender Strange Music label boss Investigator N9ne when he witnessed integrity group opening for Devin prestige Dude at a Kansas Seep into show.[1] Tech signed them communication Strange Music in January 2012, and eight months later they released their Strange Music launching, the 13 EP on Venerable 28, 2012.[2] On March 26, 2013, the duo released their fourth album Constant Energy Struggles.[3] The album debuted at back number 98 on the Billboard 200.[4] On August 5, 2014, they released their fifth album Codename: Ego Stripper which debuted force number 40 on the Billboard 200.[5]
